  • Prices are shown in Euros
  • Current conversion rates as quoted by the Bank of England at the time of booking will be used for British guests
  • Outside Very High Season (VHS) and High Season (HS) rentings may start any day of the week
  • Inside VHS and HS rentings should run from Saturday to Saturday
  • Only bookings in week blocks can be accepted inside VHS and HS
  • Keys for the property should be collected and returned to Auberge des Arcades, Canet de Salars (See directions page) 
  • Identification in the form of a driving licence or passport should be provided when collecting keys
  • Any breakages should be replaced and informed when returning the keys
  • Payment should be made at least 3 weeks prior to your stay by cheque
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept any credit card payments
  • Extensions to your stay can be arranged dependant on availability
  • The property will be available after 14:00 on day of arrival 
  • Your requested to vacate the property on the day of leaving no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • Phone numbers will be provided should you encounter any difficulties at the property when collecting the keys
  • Animals are welcome (no pet iguana's though)
  • The property has electric power source although the hob runs from a gas bottle
  • The property is on 4 levels, the living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor and the bedrooms on the 2nd
  • The washing machine if needed is on the ground floor and the attic has yet to be refurbished.
  • All other amenities are on the 1st and 2nd floor
  • Access to the property can be gained through the ground floor (rear and back) and through the kitchen by way of the patio
  • Parking is possible outside the property however there is a more formal parking area just 2 minutes from the house

                                                                    The Millau Viaduct, the highest bridge in the world and only 35 miles from Arvieu. A site not to be missed.
